I would like send Tyler Lawrence to the 2020 American Planning Association Conference in
Houston, TX from Friday, April 24 through Tuesday April 28, 2020.
The anticipated conference costs are as follows:
Conference Registration $1000.00
Airfare $350.00
Lodging (anticipating $219/night) $900.00 (plus associated taxes)
PerDiem ($61) $244.00 (conference provides no meals)
Total
$2,494.00
There is sufficient budget allocated in the 2020 Planning budget to cover these travel costs.
