Re: Authorization to Exercise an Extended Purchase Option for Rock Rake Teeth
On the 2019 Rock Rake Teeth quote, Braber Equipment LTD, Abbotsford B.0 agreed to provide extended
purchase options through December 31, 2019.
Public Works asks to purchase the following materials through this extended purchase option.
700 each Rock Rake Teeth in the amount of $7,980.00 delivered, not including sales tax.
These materials will be used during 2020 for normal maintenance activities.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
