Re: Authorization to Exercise an Extended Purchase Option for Broom Wafers
On the 2019 quote for Broom Wafers, Ironclad Company, Seattle, WA agreed to provide extended
purchase options through January 15, 2020.
Public Works asks to purchase the following materials via this extended purchase option.
41 boxes - 1,025 total broom wafers at a cost of $8,189.75
6 each 1 piece Poly Main Broom Allianz 400 at a cost of $2,319.00
The aforementioned prices include shipping and do not include sales tax.
The following materials will be used during 2020 for normal maintenance activities.
I have reviewed the information and find it acceptable to move forward with the purchase of these
items.
