RESOLUTION CLOSING PETTY CASH RESOLUTION No. 19- �v d -CC
ACCOUNTS FOR GRANT COUNTY
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that Development Services desires to close their Petty Cash Account Department #116 within
Current Expense; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77 -49 -CC dated May 9, 1977 established the Revolving
Cash Account Fire Marshal in the amount of $50.00; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 77 -126 -CC dated October 3,1977 established the Revolving
Cash Account Building Department in the amount of $25.00; and
WHEREAS, these accounts have been deemed unnecessary and will be returned to the
Current Expense general cash fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, that
the Petty Cash Accounts within Current Expense — Building and Fire Division Department #116
in the total amount of $75.00, be closed and returned to the Current Expense general cash fund.
