Commissioners -
The Building and Fire Divisions of Development Services have historically maintained petty
cash accounts in the amounts of $25.00 and $50.00 respectively. Neither of these accounts
are necessary any longer and I would like to formally request that the Board of County
Commissioners close these two petty cash accounts.
Accounting has provided instructions on how to dispose of the funds appropriately upon
BOCC approval and we will follow through with those instructions.
