I am requesting the following year-end budget extensions for 2019:
-County Roads (101) is requesting a budget extension in the amount of $1,470,000.00 to cover for
payroll, A/P and other related expenditures for the month of December. The expense overage is due to
construction projects which took place after the 2019 budget was approved as well as costs incurred for
the Quincy Shop Fire, which occurred in January 2019. We are requesting a budget increase of
$1,470,000.00.
-Solid Waste (401) is requesting a budget extension in the amount of $535,000.00. The purpose of this
extension is to cover the costs for on-going investigative drilling and remedial actions. We are
requesting a budget increase of $535,000.00.
