Re: Quote Award — Grant Orchard Roof Repair
Serial No. 19-175
During the week of November 18, 2019 Public Works solicited quotes from Grant County's
MRSC Small Works Roster for roof repair at the Grant Orchards Shop. Public Works received
four (4) quotes, with three (3) being in compliance with specifications.
I have examined the Quotes received and recommend the following action:
Item 1 — Furnish and install a 60 Mil TPO Membrane Roofing System at the Grant Orchard Shop
Award the bid to the low bidder meeting specifications:

To furnish and install a 60 Mil TPO Membrane Roofing System in the amount of
$18,160.00 not including sales tax or permits.
