The Assessor's Office is requesting a budget axta; for $12,000. This is to cover the attorney's
fees that have been incurred regarding employee issues. The amount was previously budgeted by the
Human Resources Office and they have the amount in their budget to cover it as it was taken from our
budget, not theirs.
I am respectfully asking for the transfer from the Human Resources Legal Services budget to mine.
