Additionally, during the 2019 budget process, we believed that the Fairgrounds operating transfer could be funded from the County Fair Capital fund (#309) instead of Current Expensej (#001). Subsequent to loading the budget into the accounting system, we discovered that the operating transfer could not be funded from the County Fair Capital fund. To correct this, we are now requesting to transfer the budgeted amount of $322,477.80 from the County Fair Capital fund to Current Expense. Thank you for your time and consideration of this request.
