Re: Reimbursement Travel Authorization
I would like to attend the Department of Commerce HAU Grantee & Balance of State
CoC Forum in Leavenworth on June 28 & June 29, 2023 with Janice Flynn, our grants
administrator. The Forum will be held at the Icicle Village Resort and the cost of travel
would be estimated to mileage expenses in the amount of $117.90 and a two -nights
hotel stay in the amount of $298-00 not including taxes or fees.
They will be discussing legislative updates, data, performance measurements,
information from the Office of Apple Health, and Homes and Office of Homeless
Youth. There will also be lead grantee meetings and information about new
emergency housing planning requirements. All this information would be beneficial
because of my involvement in Grant County Homeless Housing Task Force.
