Re: ARPA n Fire District #5, Moses Lake
Fire District #5 is requesting approval to be reimbursed $45,089.23 from their
ARPA funds for the purchase of a 2021 Cross County 373RT Tilt Deck Equipment
Trailer.
They have a current ARPA balance of $85,307.95. After reimbursement for the
trailer, the balance will be $40,218.72.
Note: On February 28, 2023, the BOCC approved the purchase of a semi at
auction, which would have used the then current balance of FD #5's funds. We
have never received a request to reimburse and believe the semi was not
purchased. I have asked for confirmation of this from the FD.

reimbursement from the ABPA funds to pay for a used .2021 30 -ton equipment'

trailer we recently purchased We believe this will make transportation of one
of our dozers quicker and more efficient to wildlandfires in our area.
