CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
REVOLVING FUND (ACCOUNT)
TITLED "SHERIFF'S INVESTIGATION
REVOLVING FUND (ACCOUNT)99

RESOLUTION No. 23-bCC
WHEREAS, the closure of the "Sheriff s Investigation Revolving Fund (Account)"
under the Sheriffs Office #001.114 in the amount of $13,000 may be accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
here by closed: Sheriffs Investigation Revolving Fund (Account) under the Sheriffs Office
#001.114 and account balance of $13,000 will be re -absorbed into the Current Expense
Fund. The Grant County Auditor and Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to
reflect the closure of said fund in their respective office records.
