RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 23 -031 -CC
CREATION OF A NEW REVOLVING
FUND (ACCOUNT) TITLED "INET
REVOLVING FUND", WITHIN #109.151
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new revolving fund titled "INET Revolving Fund" should be established for INET
#109.151; and
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new revolving fund (account) should be established as set forth hereinabove; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund (account) may be accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
the following fund (account) is hereby created: "INET Revolving Fund (Account) for INET
#109.151 in the amount of $18,000. The INET Revolving Fund (Account) will be used to assist
INET detectives in their investigations by facilitating the purchase of information or evidence.
