RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 23 -0 -3,7 -CC
CREATION OF A NEW REVOLVING
FUND (ACCOUNT) TITLED "INET
REVOLVING FUND", WITHIN #109.151
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new revolving fund titled "INET Revolving Fund" should be established for INET
#109.151; and
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
that a new revolving fund (account) should be established as set forth hereinabove; and
WHEREAS, the establishment of said fund (account) maybe accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GRANT COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON that
the following fund (account) is hereby created: "INET Revolving Fund (Account) for INET
#109.151 in the amount of $18,000. The INET Revolving Fund (Account) will be used to assist
INET detectives in their investigations by facilitating the purchase of information or evidence.

CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
REVOLVING FUND (ACCOUNT)
TITLED "SHERIFF'S INVESTIGATION
REVOLVING FUND (ACCOUNT)"

RESOLUTION No. 23-0CC
WHEREAS, the closure of the "Sheriff s Investigation Revolving Fund (Account)"
under the Sheriff s Office #001.114 in the amount of $13,000 may be accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
here by closed: Sheriff's Investigation Revolving Fund (Account) under the Sheriffs Office
#001.114 and account balance of $13,000 will be re -absorbed into the Current Expense
Fund. The Grant County Auditor and Grant County Treasurer are hereby directed to
reflect the closure of said fund in their respective office records.

RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN RESOLUTION No. 11- 01 -cc
INCREASE TO THE SHERIFF'S
INVESTIGATION REVOLVING FUND H114
(ACCOUNT)
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83 -10 -CC dated January 18, 1.983 established a revolving fund
(account) for the Sheriff's Department # 114, called the Sheriff s Investigation Revolving Account; and
WHEREAS, the amount of $ 1,000.00 established by Resolution No. 83 -10 -CC was deemed
insufficient and increased to $5,000.00 by Resolution No. 86 -22 -CC dated March 3, 1986; the amount of
$5,000.00 was deemed insufficient then increased to $8,000.00 by Resolution No. 90 -114 -CC dated
October 23, 1990; and the amount of $8,000.00 has been deemed insufficient and Resolution 08 -089 -CC
dated October 14, 2008 then increased by $4,000.00 to $12,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the current amount of $12,000.00 has been deemed insufficient and the Sheriff's
Office is requesting an increase of $1,000.00 to a new total of $13,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE,, , BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT:
1. The amounts established by the -Resolutions above are to be increased to $13,000.00
2. The use of the $13,000.00 will be for the purposes described in Resolution No. 83 -10 -CC
3. The existence and procedures of checking account will remain unchanged from that described
in Resolution No. 83 -10 -CC,
