Re: Raise Credit card limit for Fairgrounds Credit Cards
Each year, prior to Fair, as we prepare, we use our two credit cards substantially to finalize
payments for capital purchases, supplies, etc. On a weekly basis we are asking for our Credit
card limits to be raised to cover a planned, approved purchase.
I would like to request that the two Fairgrounds credit cards have a consistent $25,000 credit
limit all year long. The purchases are approved through the budgeting process, or through
consent agenda for capital items. Further limiting our credit limit slows down the process or
acquiring approved and critical items.
