RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 19 -meq q CC
CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
FUND — QUADRENNIAL FUND #502
WHEREAS, the closure of the Quadrennial Fund #502 may be accomplished without a
public hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
here by closed: Quadrennial Fund #502 and the Grant County Auditor and Grant County
Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure of said fund in their respective office
records.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any remaining positive balance in said fund be
transferred to the Grant County Technology Services Fund #501.
