STATE OF WASHINGTON
DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS
AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO
DVA CONTRACT NO. 305E-17-058
DVA Contract No. 305E-17-058 by and between the Washington State Department of Veterans
Affairs, hereinafter referred to as "AGENCY" and Grant County, Washington, hereinafter
referred to as "CONTRACTOR" is amended, along with all amendments as follows:
1. Article III. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is revised and replaces the current paragraph:
The period of performance under this contract will be from August 1, 2017, or date of
execution, whichever is earlier, through June 30, 2020 unless cancelled upon written notice by
either party pursuant to the termination provisions of this agreement.
THE EFFECTIVE DATE of this Amendment is July 1, 2019.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT AND PREVIOUS AMMENDMENTS
REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
IN WITNESS WHEREOFE, the parties hereby execute this Amendment No. 1.
