Nicole Prentice, Kids Hope intern has been approved to use grant funds for an intensive
EMDR Training Institute in 2 parts. Registration and air fare will be paid with grant funds.
I am requesting out of state travel for Nicole on the following dates:
Part 1: July 26-28, 2019 in Phoenix, AZ
Part 2: October 18-20 in San Diego, CA
Your permission is requested for out of state travel.
