After discussion with you at my last update I would like to propose the attached rates for the
2020 season.
Proposed changes:
Fair inside parking rate increase from $50 to $65
Fair camping rate increase of $5 per site (We still sell out)
Eliminate the 50 stall discount since we already offer a 10% discount to non -profits
Add winter rates for holiday rentals to Fuller, 4-H and Commercial buildings
Increase the Huck Fuller building rate to add cleaning service from $650 to $750
Increase the commercial building rate from $650 to $975 due to it's size and cleaning fee
Increase the 4-H building rate from $800 to $975 to include the cleaning fee
Increase the Ardell rental rate from $600 to $750 to include a cleaning fee
Increase the Harwood rate from $500 to $600 to include a cleaning fee
Increase the rate for both of the above from $1000 to $1150 to include a cleaning fee
Establish a rodeo grounds rate with admission at $1300
Add a Rodeo grounds cleaning fee of $450 which includes grandstands and restrooms
Increase the Ardell/Harwood admission rates from $950 to $1050, includes restroom cleaning
Increase the 4-H and Commercial rate with admission from $950 to $1050 to include cleaning
Increase camping rates by $5 to fund a campground host. People do not regularly pay
Increase the Security rate from $25 to $30 due to the minimum wage increase
Increase the stall cleaning rate from $10 to $12 due to the minimum wage increase
Increase the labor rates with and without equipment by $20 due to increased costs
Establish an elective cleaning rate for the 4H and Commercial of $250 until the requirement
kicks in.
Establish a rental setup rate of $175/day. Some events take several days to set up
Establish an after-hours setup rate of $50 per hour for security reasons
Establish a Sheriff Security rate of $85 per hour
Establish a staff setup rate of $60 if we do the setup
Increase the damage deposit from $650 to $750 to assure we can cover our costs
