Per my last Commissioners update I am requesting the following policy be put in place:
The Ardell and Harwood Pavilions are essential to the Equestrian activities within the Columbia
Basin and the State of Washington. Because there are limited locations for these type of indoor
activities the Grant County Fairgrounds has a policy of giving Equestrian events the first
opportunity for the use of the Ardell and Harwood Pavilions over other events.
