PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, Carolyn Harris has provided leadership to the Grant County Fair for 33 years as
Dog Superintendent; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Harris embodies the spirit, heart and dedication required of any truly beloved
local Fair Superintendent; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Harris imparted her knowledge of animals on thousands of youth as a
volunteer Dog Superintendent; and
WHEREAS, Grant County has benefitted from her active involvement in the Fair; and
WHEREAS, Carolyn Harris generously has mentored numerous other volunteers over her
tenure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Grant County Commissioners, do
hereby recognize
CAROLYN HARRIS
and her outstanding service and dedication to the Grant County Fair.
