RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION RESOLUTION No. 19- -CC
TO THE CRESCENT RIDGE RANCH
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of County Commissioners approved a Development
Agreement for the Crescent Ridge Ranch development on January 29, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the original Development Agreement was recorded on February 1, 2013 under AFN
1311838; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to "Section 7" of the original agreement, the original expiration date was
seven (7) years from the date of execution, which would be on January 29, 2020; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to "Section 7" of the original agreement affords for extensions of the
Development Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a request for extension for the Development Agreement on
September 19, 2019; and,
WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of County Commissioners have conducted a public hearing
to consider the proposed extension on October 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of County Commissioners have determined that the
extension request is timely and is warranted to ensure continued progress for this development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners hereby approve the requested extension to the Crescent Ridge Ranch Development
Agreement with a new expiration date of September 30, 20319 and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all previous amendments to the agreement remain
in full force and effect.
