We hired Enrique Avila as our new MII he will begin on 31 October, with this hire Maintenance is at full strength.
After Darryl mentioned he was having issues with tracking foreclosure mailings we may have found a fix as we can do
it internally and generate reports, we are going to try it with their next mailing

Bathroom ideas, I have this sketch?? We could get it closed in but we would still need to do the slab and the
sewer/water/power at least into the enclosed area.
