1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc.
2. Recommendation by Central Services Director, Tom Gaines to consolidate the Phoenix
Protective Corporation (PPC Solutions) Law & Justice and Youth Services contract and District
Court, Ephrata and Moses Lake contract into a single contract and be held by Central Services.
The Director is also requesting the security level of the officers for the District Court be equal to
those at the Law & Justice Building and Youth Services. This would increase the contract by
$677.12 per month for a monthly cost of $23,235.61.
3. Aw4*Mm": Department of Commerce Contract No. 18-96616-032 through The Local and
Community Projects Program for Cityview Conversion to Residential Treatment in the amount of
$159,457.00. Term of the contract is January 1, 2018 and ends June 30, 2021.
4. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services,
during March, 2019 in the amount of $1,143.75 on Washington State Department of Corrections
(DOSA) contract.
