Section 2 - Documentation From Hiring Manager
As we discussed, Mary Roe (Emp #5550, Job # 111-03) has accepted a new job in Minnesota. There
are a few councilmatic actions required by her new employer prior to her job offer being formalized so
she is unable to give formal notice to Grant County until June 5, 2019, but has indicated she will be
doing so and that her last day in the office is going to be June 19, 2019. I would like to begin the
recruitment process for her Associate Planner position immediately given that we will now be down
two planners for some measure of time. The Associate Planner position description is up to date and
should not require any revision at this time. No offer to a prospective employer will be extended until
Mary's formal notice of separation is in hand. Please advise if you need anything else from me at this
time.
