Re: Approval, Cost Share Fund Array 2019-2020

I have examined the Lottery Drawing for Cost Share Program 2019-2020 and recommend the
following action:
In 2019:
Fund Item 1, Road Q -NW in the amount of $136,500.00.
Fund Item 2, Road 11.5 -NW in the amount of $183,625.00.
In 2020:
Fund Item 3, Roads K -SW & 12 -SW in the amount of $432,250.00.

Public Works also recommends creating the County Road Project for the K -SW and 12 -SW
project this year with construction in 2020 and depositing the cost share contribution amount for
this project. Typically for projects not funded in the first year the cost share contribution is sent
back and then requested again early the next year. This is being requested since this project will
possible involve replacing.l or 2 bridges that need to be evaluated and so construction could
possible start earlier in 2020 depending on scheduling.
