Item 5 was not ready for signature. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Request for release of funds on SIP 2018-10, Port of Quincy, Industrial Park No. 4 Tract 6 Sewer Main Extension in the amount of $175,000 ($87,500 grant and $87,500 loan) to the Port of Quincy. (Approved) 3. Supported Living/Group Home Exhibit C, Revision 190201, on Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. 1763-95888 with Grant Integrated Services' Developmental Disabilities Department. (Approved) 4. Amended Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services' Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during January, 2019 in the amount of $26,312.24 on Washington State Department of Social & Health Services Health Care Authority Contract No. 1763-94250. (Approved) 5. Anticipating: Amendment to Phoenix Protective Corporation (PPC); Security Service Agreement, merger of contracts between District Court and Central Services for the period January 1, 2019 expiring January 1, 2021. (Item not ready for signature) 6. Interlocal Agreement between Grant Transit Authority and Grant County regarding Emergency Services for legal framework and establishment of procedures and conditions for making limited GTA owned vehicles and GTA operators available to Grant County Sheriffs Office Emergency Management Division (EMD). (Approved) 7. Resolution No. 19 -042 -CC authorizing Executing of Interlocal Agreement with Grant Transit Authority. (Approved) 8. Grant County Reimbursement No. 5 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 18-62210-005 for the period of April 2019, with the Department of Commerce and administered through OIC of Washington in the amount of $19,124.05. In attendance were Commissioners Taylor, Carter and Stevens, Tom Gaines, Central Services Director, Kevin McCrae, Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Will Gillette of PPC. The motion passed unanimously. 2:30 p.m. — 2:50 p.m. Consent Agenda (Items 1 through 8) A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1 through 7 on the agenda as presented. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amounts of $707,553.79,$12.80 and $119,719.52) FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 7. Request to have the fire detecting and suppression systems for the Law and Justice Building, Jail and Work Release facilities inspected by Johnson Controls (formerly Simplex Grinnell) in the amount of $3,794.00. The state contracted cost is through Sourcewell and is in their budget. (Approved) SHERIFF'S OFFICE B. Budget extension request in the amount of $23,858.10 to purchase 2- SMART Boards for use in their new ECC office. Funding will come from two grants: a Homeland Security Grant and Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Activity funding grant nos. E17-074 for the FY 2016 and E18- 160 for the FY2017. The Commissioners approved the recommendation of the Public Works Director to award the 4 -NE Road Reconstruction project to Tommer Construction in the amount of $1,233,333.00. WEDNESDAY.
