The Committee's recommendations were provided to the BOCC via email on May 6, 2019 and a copy of the Committee's letter is attached to this Memo. These projects are set for BOCC action on May 13, 2019: SIP Project #2019-02: Port of Mattawa — Wahluke Industrial Park: 2019 Rock Excavation, Earth Moving & Grading Project. The Committee's recommendation to the BOCC to deny the Port's request and encourage to seek CERB funds.
