You approved the grout removal/replacement project in the amount of $3,000.00 as a Capital Outlay request. We have obtained two (2) comparable/competitive bids, Stan's Construction and Son, LLC and Central Washington Property Restorations, LLC, to perform the work. Of the two (2) quotes obtained, Stan's Construction and Son, LLC came in at the lowest bid. Central Washington Property Restorations LLC was at $3,982.84 and Stan's Construction was $2,957.65.
