As you are aware, the Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team investigated a female

involved in the distribution of narcotics in early, 2018. A subsequent search warrant was
executed in late April 2018, arrests made, and the suspect's vehicle civilly seized as a result.

be sold. Finally, Yarbro Auctioneers sold the vehicle in late 2018 for $400.00.

Just last month we received word from Phoenix Financial there was an outstanding balance
