The attached directs an additional payment of 26.46 hours be paid to Brenda Adame as SALYNE, per
Board signature.
This is the outcome of LNI Complaint #136157 in which Brenda alleges she was underpaid in her final
check. The 26.46 hours is comprised of two amounts:
a) Hours that should have been reported by the department for February 14th and 15th;
b) The variance between the non-exempt hours worked o1/16/19-02/15/19 and the salary
assumption of 86.67 hours per pay period.
If we are not able to process this additional amount as part of the next pay date (05/10), please advise
so that I can update the Labor & Industries representative I am working with on this matter.
