TMs Memorandum of Understanding is entered into 'by and between Teamsters Local No. 760,,
representing the recognized employees of the Grant Sheriff's Office Corrections Unit, hereinafter
referred to as the "Union", and Grant County, Washington, hereM*-after referred to as the "Employer".

The parties agree to an exception for Emily Villafana who left the Union on 09/18/202 and Luis Sah mo
and Gaven Allison, who left the Union on 10/30/2022. They will receive the impact of the 2022 (5068%)
and the COLA retroactively,
