Amendment E on the Washington State Department of Commerce Housing Division Homeless Assistance Unit (HAU) Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 22-46108-10. Amendment removes Adams County grant portion of the Eviction Prevention funds in the amount of $105,405.00 decreasing the contract amount from $2,597,299.00 to $2,491,894.00. 5. Reimbursement request from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP 2.0) Grant No. 21-4619C-108 in the amount of $298,877.56 FOR March 2023 expenses. 6. 2023 Agreement regarding use of County Property for public purpose with Ricardo Gutierrez to utilize the courthouse front lawn Saturday, July 29, 2023, for the Basin Summer Showdown car show. 7. Reimbursement request from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 22-46108-10 in the amount of $46,043.21 for March 2023 expenses. 8. Reimbursement request for Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) Project No. 2021-01- GC Hospital #4- McKay Healthcare, Phase 1 Capital Improvement Plan, in the amount of $750.00 grant monies. 9. Anticipating Amendment C on the Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP 2.0) grant No. 214619C-108. Amendment adds $3,905,000.00 of additional funds. 10. Eastern Washington Council of Governments letter to Senators Patty Murray, Maria Cantwell, U.S. Representatives Cathy McMorris Rogers, Dan Newhouse and Governor Jay Inslee in regard to opposing the breaching of the four Lower Snake River Dams. 11. Reimbursement request for Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) Project No. 2022 -08 -Port of Quincy, Industrial Park #5 Water Main Extension, in the amount of $211,439.69 grant monies. Request to pay the Bureau of Reclamation $4,000.00 for the administrative cost associated with the abandonment of the EL18 WW, Contract No. 23-07-16-L6411, parcel Nos. 170612000 and 170613002 used for the Grant County Fairgrounds within S 16, T 19 N, R 28 E, WM. NRA/ HnPF 13. Budget extension request in the amount of $30,487.00 (fund 128.170) to receive grant funds from the Department of Commerce on contract No. 23-46306-009. P1 IRI it \A/nRKS 14. Local Agency Standard Consultation Agreement - Architectural/Engineering Agreement with Varela & Associates, Inc. d/b/a Varela Engineering & Management for the 2023 Grant County Pavement Condition Survey Rating. Term is upon signature, with a completion date of September 30, 2023, in the amount of $73,744.00. 15. Request to purchase 150 timber planks to replace the decking on the county's emergency Bailey Bridge located on Road B -SE (project 5015/CRP 18-10) in the amount of $7,000.00. 16. Authorization for Director to sign Amendment No. 2 to agreement No. TCPRA-1921-GrCoPW- 00052 between Washington State Department of Ecology and Grant County Public Works for the Ephrata Landfill Remediation project. The amendment extends the grant expiration date until June 30, 2025 and redistributes funds within the grant budget. 17. Exhibit A — Amendment Twenty -Six to Parametrix agreement FY 2023 Ephrata Landfill Engineering and Environmental Services Agreement. This amendment increases the scope of work and budget to include additional tasks. RENEW 18. Out-of-state travel request for Kayleen Simpson, Gene Mitchell, and Jared De Trolio to attend Peerpocalypse Conference in Seaside, OR. Dates of travel are May 7-11, 2023. Total cost of travel is $1,378.00 per traveler. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 19. Out-of-state travel request for Jacob Fisher to attend the National Homicide Investigators Conference in Orlando, FL. Dates of travel are November 12-18, 2023. Cost of travel is $3,100.00. 20. Out-of-state travel request for Katrina Ball to attend the Cellebrite Advanced Smartphone Analysis in Dallas, TX. Dates of travel are October 09-14, 2023. Cost of travel is $5,900.00. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 21. Purchase order No. 462 to Karpel (KARPS) in the amount of $28,991.61 for the PBK annual subscription and maintenance for the Prosecutors' Office. 22. Purchase order No. 463 to LINEV Systems, US, Inc.
