RE: RAP Funding Amendments
Enclosed are three original unsigned contract amendments offered to your county for increased
RATA funding for the 9 -NW Rd (SR 283 to Dodson Rd) Project 1322-01; three original unsigned
contracts offered to your county for the S -NW Project 1323-01; and three original unsigned
contracts offered to your county for the Q -SW (George CL to Frenchman) Project 1323-02 that
were approved by the CR.ABoard on April 13, 2023.
Pursuant to WAC 136-170-030 (1)(a) these contracts must be signed by your County
Commissioner/County Executive and received in our office no later than June 5, 2023 to be valid.
Please request your Commissioner/County Executive sign all three originals for each project.
Return all three signed, unaltered, originals, to:

Ms. Wall will execute the amendment with her signatures and return two of the signed originals to
you for your records.
