Re: Authorization to Attend Homeless Assistance Unit Grantee Forum
I would like to attend the Dept of Commerce HAU Grantee & Balance of State CoC
Forum in Leavenworth on June 28 & June 29, 2023. They will be discussing legislative
updates, data and performance measurements, information from the Office of Apple
Health/Homes and Office of Homeless Youth. There will also be lead grantee
meetings.and information about new emergency housing planning requirements.
As the lead CHG grantee, we have been given two registration slots. I would suggest
Commissioner Jones also attend because of his involvement with homelessness and
the Taskforce.
The event is being held at Icicle Village Resort and would require stays on June 27 &
28th. There is no charge for the event, so the only costs would be those associated with
travel.
