Request to purchase parts for the Jail Air Handler that failed. The total purchase amount is $14,528.15 and will be purchased from Facilities and Maintenance Repairs Fund, 001.112. 10. Request to proceed and award the replacement of the Air Handler Unit in the Youth Services Building to Basin Refrigeration in the amount of $20,682.72. This project was approved with a $20,000.00 to be taken from REET 1 fund 126.168, the remaining $682.72 is to be taken from the Facilities and Maintenance Repairs Fund 001.112. NEW HnPF 11. Proclamation declaring April as Child Abuse Prevention Month in Grant County. 12. Proclamation declaring April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Grant County. PUBLIC DEFENSE 13. Addendum to Professional Services Agreement for Interpreter Services for legal representation of indigent individuals in the juvenile division of Grant County Superior Court (juvenile offenders only) conflicts contractor with Thomas Wolfstone, currently an employee with Larson, Fowles, PLLC. The addendum addresses a change in the compensation rate. PHRI Ir WnRKS 14. Amended Interlocal Agreement between Grant County and the Regional Board of Mayors (Electric City, Grand Coulee, Coulee Dam, Elmer City) to sub -grant funds from the Washington State Department of Ecology Solid Waste Financial Assistance Grant to encourage woody yard debris diversion from the Ephrata Landfill. Funds shall not exceed $8,706.00 and the term is April 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. 15. County Road Administration Board (CRAB) 2022 Digital Submittal Certification for annual reports for RAP Certification of Diversion and Road Fund Expenditures for Traffic Law Enforcement; 2022 Annual Certification and 2022 Certification of Road Fund Expenditures for Fish Passage Barrier Removal. 16. Agreement for Services with Eastern Washington University for cultural resources survey for the 9 NW Road Project (4 -mile segment between SR83 and Dodson Rd. NW). Term of agreement is March 9, 2023, through October 31, 2023, not to exceed $8,195.96. RENEW 17. Out-of-state travel request for Joseph Zavala to attend the CPI Instructors conference in Indianapolis, IN., July 22, 2023, through July 26, 2023. Total cost of travel is $2,672.90. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 18. Port of Ephrata Use Agreement to utilize Port District No. 9 of Grant County, (Port of Ephrata) taxiway B to conduct Emergency Vehicle &Motorcycle Operator Instructor's Course.
