As we have discovered that we no longer need to replace the reader board we would like to transfer the funds from the reader board (309.000.00.0000.594756400 County Fair Sewer Project Bond Fund) and place them in the same budget as the new sign for the Red Gate (126.168.00.9112.594146400 R.E.E. T.) Providing us a total of $30,000 to still improve the Red Gate and for LED signs in the Ardell for Call up and Identification. The cost for the Red Gate is expected to be $12,917.95 and the 14 LED signs we would like to purchase will total $19,260.15 giving us a total of $32,178.10. This leaves us $2,178.10 over budget. The Allred 4H group would donate $1,600.00 and the Livestock Association will provide $578.10 through reimbursements. This will provide for the overage in our budget. This letter asks the Board's approval to transfer these funds and proceed in completing these projects.
