RE: Grant County Criminal Justice Treatment Account Panel
The Board of County Commissioners have appointed the following individuals to the Grant
County Criminal Justice Treatment Account (CJTA) panel:
• Tom Taylor
• Judge David Estudillo
• Garth Dano
• Tom Jones
• Gail Goodwin
• Brett Hill
• Noemi Garcia
County Commissioner
Superior Court Judge
County Prosecuting Attorney
County Sheriff
County Alcohol & Drug Coordinator
Public Defenders Office
County Substance Disorder Program Manager
The panel will be utilized to determine the use of funds from the Criminal Justice Treatment
Account allocated to Grant County solely to provide approved alcohol and substance abuse
treatment pursuant to RCW 71.24.560 (6) and to submit a plan for those funds to the State
Criminal Justice Treatment Act state panel.
This appointment is effective from May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020.
