This correspondence is to request an extension on the deadline for completion of the
Strategic Infrastructure Project Recommendation SIP No. 2017-03 for the Industrial Park
No. 5 Water System Infrastructure Improvements (Reallocation) project from May 13,
2019 to December 31, 2019, due to the length of time it is taking us to complete
construction.
