Request to transfer funds from the Fairgrounds Capital Project budget for a new reader board (#309.000) in the amount of $20,000 and put it into the Capital Project for a new sign at the red gate and ADD fourteen (14) LED signs in the Ardell Pavilion for call up and identification. Total amount for these projects is approximately $32,178.10, budget amount is $30,000.
