10:30 a.m. Austin Allred came to discuss Rd K and Rd 12 in Royal City, there is a 2.5 mile
stretch of road that is in need of asphalt, its currently gravel. 90% of the paving is completed and
the area residents want to understand why it's not completed.
10:38 a.m. Derek Allred stated he met with Jeff Tincher, Public Works Director and the Director
will look at the criteria for the project to be completed. He believes the dairy is a majority of the
traffic in the area.
10:48 a.m. Spud Brown, Royal City, stated that when Public Works increased the rock surfacing
depth on Road 7, it really held up and worked well.
The Commissioners stated they will discuss this issue with Public Works at their meeting
tomorrow and Mr. Tincher will get back to them.
