I am requesting your authorization for Out of State Travel for the members of our INET Team, Support
Staff, and Supervisor to attend the, 2019 Washington State Narcotics Investigators Association
(WSNIA) Conference.
Those planning to attend include- Chief Deputy Dustin Canfield, Det. Sgt. Mike Crowder, Det. Matt
Messer, Det. Jason Mitchell, and Support Specialist Terrie Smith.
They will travel over April 22, 2019 and return at the conclusion of the conference April 25, 2019.
Registration opens at 9:30 am on April 22nd. The Conference provides vital information, the topics
include:
