COMMISSIONERS Resolution No. CE 19-41
In the Matter of the Appointment of
Trustee to the North Central Regional Library Current Expense
WHEREAS, Alec McKay notified the North Central Regional Library of his resignation to
represent Douglas County on the Board of Trustees of the North Central Regional Library;
and
WHEREAS,. the County Commissioners, expressing confidence in the ability and
qualifications of Deborah Moore to represent Douglas County on the Board of Trustees of
the North Central Regional Library,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the County Commissioners appoint Deborah
Moore to fill the expired term of Alec McKay to represent Douglas County on the Board of
Trustees of the North Central Regional Library comprised of Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant,
and Okanogan Counties; said term to expire December 31, 2021. 1
