Parametrix provides engineering services in support of the Ephrata Landfill Remedial Investigation and Feasibility
Study (RI/FS) under the Consulting Services Agreement among Grant County., Nossaman LLP, and Parametrix
(3/28/06; amended 10/11/2013, 01/19/2016,. and 04/03/2018). This Amendment No. 8 adds scope and budget for
Parametrix"s services and direct costs to support additional remedial investigation and initialplanning of hydraulic and
pilot testing at the north end of the Ephrata Landfill cleanup site, as summarized in the attached Scope of Work and
Task Budget Summary (Exhibit A). The effective time period for this Amendment No. 8 is August 30, 2019, through
July 31., 2020. The Amendment No. 8 budget is $597.,094.
