I apologize. After talking with the engineers and contractors we will not be able to close out and have all final
invoices ready on time. The port would like to request to have this project extended to November 15th if that
is possible. The construction is completed, we just have to go through the walkthrough, except the work and
receive our last bills from our engineering team. Let me know if this will work for the Board of Commissioners.
