Port of Quincy, Industrial Park No. 4 Tract 6 Frontage Improvements
The Port of Quincy has met .the requirements for release of funds in the above -
referenced SIP project, which was approved by the BOCC pursuant to Resolution
No. 19 -040 -CC dated May 13, 2019. The proof of requirements is in the form of a
signed Project Certification form (Attachment 1) from the Port and supporting
invoicing of the project that meets the SIP grant award amount.
To that end, I am requesting the release of funds on this SIP project as follows:
(1) The grant award amount of One Hundred, Thirty -Three Thousand,
Five Hundred and No/1 00 Dollars ($133,500) to the Port of Quincy.

Tracts 4 & 6 Binding Site Plan
This letter, in addition to receipt 103047 previously provided, confinns the City received $267,000
of the $276,500 total costs established in the Development Agreement dated February 203 2019,
The Development Agreement between the City and the Port District was for the deferral and
payment of costs to complete improvements along Columbia Way, fronting Tracts 6A, 6B, and
6C. and M Street NE, fronting Tract 4. The $267,000 received is for the Improvements along
Columbia Way. Thexemaining $9,500 is for the improvements along M Street NB.
