6. Anticipating: Resolution Authorizing Execution of Interlocal Agreement between Grant County
and the City of Quincy regarding Quincy Partnership for Youth.
7. Amendment No. 1 to Washington State Department of Social & Health Services Contract No.
1963-57191. This amendment removes Exhibit A, Data Security Requirements in its entirety.
8. Request from the Grant County Fire District No. 3 on Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP)
#2018-15, New Fire Station — Trinidad/Crescent Bar, for one reimbursement to be made prior to
complete of the project in the amount of $109,394.62.
9. Port of Mattawa request for extension of time on Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) 2018-07,
Sentinel Gap Industrial Park — Road and Utility Development from October 8, 2019 to November
15, 2019.
10. Contract with Quality Paving Inc. for paving work at 1631 Division Ave. E, Ephrata and 1274
Lowry, Moses Lake, for a total contract amount of $37,843. Work to be completed by December
31, 2019.
11. Contract with North Central Construction for new roof on building at 365 F Street NW, Ephrata
for a total contract amount of $39,682.35. Work shall be completed on or before the 211t day
after agreed start date between contractor and Sheriff Office Representative.
12. Amendment to Consolidated Homeless Grant Subrecipient Agreement with Grant County
Housing Authority. This amendment corrects the contract number, which should be Contract
No. 20-46108-10, not Contract No. 19-46108-10. Term of the agreement is July 1, 2019 to June
30, 2021.
13. Grant County Vendor Agreement (GrIS Developmental Disabilities), with Moses Lake Community
Health for education and information services and Parent to Parent services. Term is July 1, 2019
through June 30, 2021.
