1:45 p.m. The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the surplus and
sale of the following vehicles:
Jerome Wawers, Assistant Public Works Director, discussed this request.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Taylor to close the
public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
Commissioner Carter moved to declare these vehicles as surplus and ordering the sale thereof.
Commissioner Taylor seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. The
hearing adjourned.
