5 Resubmittal of Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated
Services' Prevention and Recovery Center (PARC), during May, 2019 in the amount of
$15,,973.90 on Washington State Health Care Authority Contract No. 1763-94250.
6. Contract with Basin Refrigeration and Heating Inc. for replacement of AC and furnace for the
Grant County Health District building located at 1038 W Ivy Street in Moses Lake and two carrier
rooftop units at the District Court Building located at 1525 Wheeler Road in Moses Lake.
