The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc. (Approved) 2. Reimbursement Request (A-19) for contract work performed by Grant Integrated Services,. during September,, 2019 in the amount of $457.50 on Washington State Department of Corrections (DOSA) contract. (Approved) 3. Reimbursement Request #3 on Washington State Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 20-46108-10, administered through Grant County Housing Authority in the amount of $36,652.85. (Approved) 4. Filing Fee Surcharge Distribution Agreement between Grant County and the Columbia Basin Dispute Resolution Center for distributing funds obtained by the County through a surcharge on civil filing fees in District Court and on small claims actions, to support the efforts of an alternate dispute resolution center (RCW 7.75.035). Commissioner Carter moved to declare these vehicles as surplus and ordering the sale thereof. Commissioner Taylor seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
